Trouble Signing In?
The user portal installs cookies to keep you signed in. If you get signed out for any reason, we strongly recommend to clear the cookies before you try to login again. In the settings or preferences, most browsers will allow you to search for and remove only the cookies that include the word "aimmatic" if you don't want to clear all your cookies.
If you would like to reset your password, you need to first enter your email address at the login page, click next, and then click the reset password button.
